Our practice tests do not clone the actual exam, as the exam questions are proprietary and copyrighted. However, both our questions and the exam questions are based on the same references recommended in the candidate information bulletin. Our tests include multiple choice, ‘True’ or ‘False’, and ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ questions to help you learn, understand, and retain the information from the codes and references. No, we strongly discourage memorization. Our materials are designed to help you learn and understand the codes and references, not to be memorized. A thorough understanding of the materials, combined with your professional knowledge and experience, will better prepare you for the exam.

We strongly advise against purchasing our materials shortly before your exam. Studying effectively requires time. We recommend spending at least two weeks with our materials, and some tests may require six to eight weeks due to their comprehensive nature. Proper preparation is key to success.

Our practice tests are comprehensive and contain more questions than other tests on the market, offering outstanding value. We also provide AfterPay, allowing you to spread the cost over several payments interest-free. Despite rising costs, we strive to keep our prices reasonable and have actually never increased them. Additionally, you can choose to study only specific references or chapters if needed.

For large references like the International Code or the National Electrical Code, or when multiple references are indicated by the exam bulletin, we break our license practice tests into smaller practice tests by chapter, section, or article. Our practice tests are in PDF format, making it easy to search for specific topics.

After your purchase, the download will be immediately available in your web browser. You will also receive a receipt and order confirmation email with a link to download the materials in PDF format. You can access and use the materials on your computer or tablet as needed, and you may print them if you prefer. There are no time limitations on our materials, so please use them to study as much as you need.

If you cannot find a practice test for your exam, please fill out the contact form on our website, including the state, county/parish, and trade name of the exam and your intended exam date. We will review and advise if we can create the materials for you and inform you of the timeline.

Since our products are digital and there is no way to physically return them, we do not offer refunds. We make every effort to provide clear descriptions and examples so you know exactly what you’re purchasing. Once you download the materials, they cannot be returned, and we cannot control access to them. It’s important to study the materials as recommended.
